 We wanted to add some excitement to the logo this year. So, I went with flames, because whats says fast better than flames on your hot rod! |  I wanted to incorporate the outdoor nature of the camp as well as the hands-on artistic aspects. I think the origami butterfly and distressing carries that thought through. |  Logo design for the Crooked River Beerfest. I wanted to create a clean graphic logo that could be applied to the various marketing materials and "swag" for the Brewfest. The 6 point star in the "olden days" was the universal mark of brewers. I revised it slightly so that it didn't look like a religious symbol. Then, added the initials and a place for the date as well as some stylized hops and barley malt. I'm still waiting for this to happen as I have become very thirsty. |
 Knauf Insulation wanted a logo to call out a new feature to their commercial grade pipe insulation. The lock represents the tenacity and ruggedness of the insulation and adhesive. I used the distressed copper ring, that looks like a cross-section of a pipe, to hold the type. |  |  Local little league baseball teams want to look badass too. I concepted 15-20 names for them and they landed on this. The local High School team is the Bulldogs so its a bit of a "tip of the cap" to them. Plus, Bull Frogs just didnt seem all the menacing. I wanted the logo to have that Minor League Baseball feel so, I worked with a buddy who is pretty swell at Illustrating and I think he did a great job of bringing my vision to life. |
